1. L’Oval (Inici i Final)

  • Què és: La càpsula que veus al principi (“Inici”) i al final (“Tancament”).
  • Significat: Marca on comença i on acaba el procés. No hi pot haver un diagrama sense aquests dos punts; és el “pistoletasso” de sortida i la línia de meta.

2. El Rectangle (Procés / Acció)

  • Què és: Les caixes rectangulars com “Recepció”, “Anàlisi” o “Resolució”.
  • Significat: Representa una acció concreta. Aquí no es dubta, es treballa. És una tasca que el tècnic o el sistema ha de fer (per exemple: “instalar un programa” o “trucar al client”).

3. El Rombe (Decisió)

  • Què és: Les formes de diamant com “Informació suficient?” o “Error típic?”.
  • Significat: És un punt de control. Sempre genera dues o més sortides (normalment “Sí” o “No”). Serveix per filtrar: si tot està bé, seguim; si falta alguna cosa, fem mitja volta. És el “cervell” del diagrama.

4. El Paral·lelogram (Entrada / Sortida de dades)

  • Què és: Són les caixes inclinades (en el teu diagrama algunes s’han simplificat com rectangles, però la norma diu que haurien de ser així).
  • Significat: Representa el moment en què entra o surt informació. Per exemple, quan el client ens envia un formulari o quan nosaltres li enviem la factura final.

5. El Document (Documentació)

  • Què és: La forma amb la base ondulada (com la de “Documentar evidències”).
  • Significat: Indica que el resultat d’aquest pas és un arxiu o informe. No és només fer una acció, sinó deixar-ne constància per escrit per al futur.
